Holly Spring Primary School School Priorities 2023-24

Curriculum refinement - to continue to refine the curriculum to ensure it provides a high level of knowledge, aspirations and experiences

Vulnerable groups – to remove barriers to learning for vulnerable children by meeting their social and emotional needs in order for them to achieve.

Extending leadership – to continue to expand leadership capacity at all levels

Personal development – to strengthen and expand the opportunities for children to become more responsible for themselves and for those in the community

Governance – to improve the processes for holding the school leadership to account and prepare the governing body for the next stage in its development

Maintenance – to ensure fidelity to the established schemes of work and to the schools' pedagogy for teaching and learning to avoid ‘lethal mutation’
